Strata is a small founding team in early access. We are not opening roles until the product is stable enough that a new hire would be set up to win on day one. When that changes, we will post roles here with public salary bands and the interview rubric attached.

Pay bands, when we hire
Every role we eventually post will have a public salary band, calibrated to local market and refreshed annually.

Meetings are documented, decisions are written. Working hours are yours.
Real vacation
Mandatory minimum of 25 days off per year, on top of public holidays.
