Do credits expire?

PAYG credits never expire. Pro monthly credits roll over for 30 days after renewal, then reset.

What happens when I run out of credits?

On PAYG: buy another top-up ($99 = 5,000 credits), instantly available, no downtime. On Pro: your balance resets on the next renewal cycle, or you can buy a PAYG top-up to bridge the gap.

Can I switch between PAYG and Pro?

Yes. Cancel Pro anytime and your remaining credits stay in your account. Upgrade from PAYG to Pro and we credit any unused PAYG balance forward.

How do you calculate credit costs?

Rates are tuned to land at 70% gross margin on raw API and infra COGS. We publish the table so you can budget without surprises.

Is there a free trial?

14 days, 500 credits, no card required. All features enabled at trial limits: 1 project, 1 location, 50 tracked keywords, 7-day Wayback.
