These terms govern your use of Strata. By creating an account you agree to them. Enterprise customers may have a separate master agreement that supersedes these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Strata to attack third parties, circumvent rate limits of sites we crawl, or violate applicable law.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Annual plans are non-refundable mid-cycle except where required by law.
Service levels
Enterprise plans include a 99.95% uptime SLA with service credits for covered incidents. See the Enterprise addendum.
Limitation of liability
Strata's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, as permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
