Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-05-05

Modulus1 ("we", "us") operates Strata, a premium SEO intelligence platform. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Contact: adamaeraa@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, and payment details you provide at signup.
  • Product usage data: features accessed, queries run, API calls made, and browser/device signals needed to operate the service.
  • User-authorized integrations: when you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, or Google Business Profile, we access only the data scopes you authorize and only for your workspace.
  • Communications: emails or messages you send to us for support.

2. How we use your information

  • To provision, operate, and improve the Strata platform.
  • To send transactional communications about your account, billing, and the service.
  • To detect abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Data residency

Customer workspace data can be hosted in the EU, US, or SG region. Once selected, your workspace data does not leave its designated region. Default region is Singapore (SG).

4. Subprocessors

We use the following subprocessors to deliver the service. We maintain data processing agreements with each:

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after termination. Workspace data (keywords, audit history, rank data) follows your plan's retention window. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for EU/UK residents).

To exercise any right, email adamaeraa@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security controls: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, access control, and audit logging. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare and Appwrite Cloud, both of which maintain their own security certifications.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
